1What SnapSell Does

SnapSell uses AI to turn a photo of an item into a ready-to-publish listing — generating a title, description, suggested price, and category — and helps you publish that listing to third-party marketplaces (such as Facebook Marketplace) through an in-app browser that you control.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use SnapSell. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at dev@snapsll.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4Third-Party Marketplaces Important

SnapSell helps you publish to third-party platforms like Facebook Marketplace. Those platforms are operated by third parties (e.g., Meta) and are governed by their own terms of service and policies, which you are solely responsible for reading and complying with.

• SnapSell is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Facebook, Carousell, or any other marketplace.
• You log in to those platforms yourself, through the in-app browser. You are responsible for how you use your own accounts on them.
• We do not guarantee that any listing will be published successfully, remain live, or comply with a marketplace’s rules. Marketplaces may change, restrict, or remove listings or accounts at their discretion.

5Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and listing content you create. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos and content solely to provide the service (generate listings, enhance photos, suggest prices, and publish on your instruction), including sending them to our AI processing providers. We do not use your photos to train our own models and we do not sell your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to sell the items you list and to use the photos you upload.

6AI-Generated Content — Review Before You Publish

Listings, prices, descriptions, and enhanced images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every listing before publishing it.

Suggested prices are estimates, not guarantees of value or sale. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish and sell.

7Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnapSell to:

• List illegal, counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or unsafe items (see what you can’t sell on SnapSell);
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings;
• Violate the terms of any marketplace or applicable law;
• Spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure;
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass usage limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8Fees, Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The core of SnapSell, including creating listings and posting them, is free. Some features, such as studio photos beyond the free monthly allowance, may be offered as paid subscriptions (“Starter” and “Pro”) or one-time purchases (“studio photo packs”). Prices, what each plan includes and the billing period are shown in the App before you buy.

• Billing. Purchases in the App are made and billed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, using the payment method on your store account, and are subject to their terms. SnapSell does not receive or store your card or payment details.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancelling. You can cancel or change a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, which the App links to. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting your SnapSell account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel it in your store settings first.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; request one through the store you paid with. If a purchase is refunded, the plan or studio photos it gave you are removed.
• Studio photos. Each studio photo the App creates for you uses one studio photo from your balance. Every account gets a free monthly allowance, topped back up on the same day each month (counted from when your email was confirmed). Studio photos included in a subscription are added each month of the subscription, including on yearly plans. Monthly studio photos, free or included in a plan, don’t carry over: any left unused are replaced at the next top-up. Studio photos from a pack never expire. Studio photos have no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Changes. We may change prices, plans or what they include. A price change for an existing subscription only applies from a later renewal, after the notice the App Store or Google Play requires, and you can cancel before it applies.

9Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output, prices, or publishing will meet your expectations or succeed.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapSell and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App, your listings, your dealings with buyers or marketplaces, or the actions of third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

11Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notifying you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
