1What SnapSell Does

SnapSell uses AI to turn a photo of an item into a ready-to-publish listing — generating a title, description, suggested price, and category — and helps you publish that listing to third-party marketplaces (such as Facebook Marketplace) through an in-app browser that you control.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use SnapSell. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at dev@snapsll.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4Third-Party Marketplaces Important

SnapSell helps you publish to third-party platforms like Facebook Marketplace. Those platforms are operated by third parties (e.g., Meta) and are governed by their own terms of service and policies, which you are solely responsible for reading and complying with.

• SnapSell is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Facebook, Carousell, or any other marketplace.
• You log in to those platforms yourself, through the in-app browser. You are responsible for how you use your own accounts on them.
• We do not guarantee that any listing will be published successfully, remain live, or comply with a marketplace’s rules. Marketplaces may change, restrict, or remove listings or accounts at their discretion.

5Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and listing content you create. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos and content solely to provide the service (generate listings, enhance photos, suggest prices, and publish on your instruction), including sending them to our AI processing providers. We do not use your photos to train our own models and we do not sell your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to sell the items you list and to use the photos you upload.

6AI-Generated Content — Review Before You Publish

Listings, prices, descriptions, and enhanced images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every listing before publishing it.

Suggested prices are estimates, not guarantees of value or sale. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish and sell.

7Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnapSell to:

• List illegal, counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or unsafe items;
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings;
• Violate the terms of any marketplace or applicable law;
• Spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure;
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass usage limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8Fees

SnapSell is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future; any charges will be disclosed clearly before you are charged, and paid features will be governed by the pricing terms shown at the time of purchase.

9Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output, prices, or publishing will meet your expectations or succeed.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapSell and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App, your listings, your dealings with buyers or marketplaces, or the actions of third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

11Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notifying you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
