Delete Your SnapSell Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your SnapSell: Snap it. Sell it account and all data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app (fastest)

1. Open the SnapSell app and sign in
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm twice — deletion is immediate and permanent

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email dev@snapsll.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify the request belongs to the account owner and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile (name, email, avatar)
• All listings you created in SnapSell, including their photos stored with us
• Platform connection records, preferences, and usage history

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. No data is retained after deletion, except records we are legally required to keep (none in normal operation).

What is NOT deleted

Listings you already published to Facebook Marketplace live on your Facebook account, not with SnapSell — deleting your SnapSell account does not remove them. Manage those directly on Facebook.
